We are fully computerized using the latest hardware and software. Invoice/Packing
List. This document
is required for customs clearance both here in Indonesia and at
the port of destination. It
shows on a spreadsheet format in English, details of the goods;
Quantity, Description of goods, box number, price per item (or set)
and total amount. Supplier’s
invoices are provisionally entered to create a pro-forma Invoice/
Packing list that can then be revised throughout the time we are
receiving goods on your behalf.
This document is finalised once the loading report has been
received from the warehouse and is then normally crosschecked by
the client. Certificate
of Origin (COO). This
document is a summary of the Invoice Packing list and shows Shipper,
Consignee details along with POL(Port Of Loading), POD (Port Of
Discharge). This is
a Government document, which is processed by us through the Department
of Transport. This
document is required by customs at POD.
This form is also known as a GSP form or General Certificate
of Preference. Bill
of Lading. This
is recognised as THE shipping document that is required for customs
clearance and release of the container to the Consignee.
This document contains all the pertinent information in brief
relating to the goods and the terms of shipment and details of therein.
Export
license and Customs clearance.
These documents are processed and arranged by CAS with the
relevant Government departments and are not required by customs
at POD. AFTER
SALES SERVICE To continue communications with our clients we maintain contact by advising ‘Shipped on Board’ details ex Bali, Surabaya and Singapore, along with any other transshipment points along the way. Of course, if there are any unforeseen problems, which may cause delays or changes in schedules, we will contact you immediately upon being made aware of such problems. COURIER SERVICEAll
documents except ‘Export license’ and ‘Indonesian customs clearance
papers’ are sent to the designated Consignee by registered courier,
usually UPS or DHL. This ensures that documents arrive prior to the arrival of
the shipment. It normally
takes no more than five working days to reach most major destination
worldwide. As part
of our service we will fax and/or e-mail to you the details of the
Airway bill for your documents along with a tracking number in order
that you may determine the whereabouts of your documents through
your local UPS or DHL office. QUOTA CAS can arrange for those goods require quota.Availibilty and price will be determined by the supply and demand factors in the marketplace at that time. There is a set fee for documentation which does not vary.
SPECIAL LICENSES AND PERMITS Certain goods may require special licenses and permits due to restrictions or controls on the export and import of certain commodities. We will be happy to advise you regarding these cases and will be able to offer our services in obtaining the details of such matters.
